I'm in process of installing a 4.0L rebuilt engine in my 2007 Carrera S with PSE (notorious bore scoring sadly occurred). I'm thinking to install Soul Performance 200 cell sport cats for better exhaust breathing and improved performance with the new engine.
I LOVE the sound of my current PSE mufflers and am concerned about altering the sound if i change out the cats. I can't find any post or videos of someone who has 997.1 with Soul Performance Sport Cats and OEM PSE mufflers.
Anybody out there with this set up? Thank you in advance!!!

 

I also have PSE with the Design 911 Sport Cats 200 cell - it sounds awesome, the agressive sound I wanted without being too loud.

looks like you also have headers? on that C4S ... did you notice any difference with the GT3 TB?

 

aplogies, My Targa Aero is not the one I was mentioning, but my 997S Aero has the PSE and 200 cell cats, sound wicked, no drown or CEL - from Design911 - zero issues with AWE CAI IPD and GT3 TB - I will make a sound clip to share soon

@OP, are u doing the headers too? should IMO.
