Question trailer hitch capable of holding a 80lb bike?

My challenge: I would like to transport my ~80lb Sur Ron e-dirtbike. Given the weight and the high likelihood of damaging the car, a roof rack does not seem like an option. Is there a trailer hitch that can be installed that can support the 80lb and the weight of the bike rack (likely a 1up system), so a 120lb tongue weight?

That's the weight of a young teenager - seems like it's not very heavy for a hitch to support at all. Just look at the weight ratings of the hitches you're considering. I think there's a cool one that gets hidden behind the license plate but don't recall the brand.

I have only found a thread from 2010 with a link to a vendor that no longer works (http://www.Willwoodsystem.com) so for now, I have not yet found a company that still makes a system today.

Tried.tomfind something for you as well, and nothing.

The thread I was remembering was the company you posted below.

Also found this - http://www.gururack.com/ but looks like they make the racks that go in a small receiver, not the receiver itself
and this www.sporttows.com

Maybe check eBay or Facebook marketplace for someone selling a used one or do some WTB ads in the forums.

Thank you, it looks like my parameters (80lb bike!) are just a little too much. Cannot find a solution for a 991 either. So I will probably postpone getting a 997/991 for a couple years, just because I am stuck needing a single car solution for the next two years.
