Emergency trunk releas button

997TT Tip MY2007 US model

Anybody knows where exactory located emergency trunk releas button? Workshop manual wiring chapter says only US model equipped, leads YE/RD, BN/BN wiring. Pls see an attched pic.s. Can I acess it in the front left wheel house?

Before this, I tried additional power supply to the Fuse box for trunk release junction and also emergency release cable, both failed.

Are you sure you're doing the process for the pull out in the fuse panel correctly? Describe how you did it.

Thanks,
You don't have to remove any fuses. You have to pull out that slider in the fuse box. Use jumper cables from another battery with the positive on that slide out and the ground on the driker the door latch attached to when closed. You can't use smart jumper cables and jump boxes sometimes don't work - has to be traditional jumper cables. Once hooked up, Wait about 15 seconds then hold the trunk pop button on the key, and keep holding, don't just press it. Also, the door sill switch doesn't work, just the button on the key. When done properly as above I've never had this technique not work.
