It doesn't change the sound of the exhaust. What you do get is a pleasant intake howling sound when you're gunning it past 5.5K rpms.

On the weight of the tech arts you'd have to ask Arling. I classify thing as bloody heavy!

Porsche intentionally put a more restrictive header on the 3.8, to tune it down. Unlike the x51 style header found on 3.6 motors, that's why there is so much room for hp improvement on a 3.8 with simple exhaust.

I am working on the video clip - trying to borrow a camcorder. In the meantime you can hear the exhaust on the AWE site.....truly amazing!
