If you're referring to me, FlyingLow, you didn't tell me obo and I've seen no ad. Used springs with gremlins included don't usually bring near new price.

Except for the full shrink wrap. The king of mods keeps his cars stock- go figure.

The Porsche dealer said that even though RUF cut the bump stops as instructed by H&R, the new rear springs only allowed 3/8 of an inch of shock travel. This caused the shocks to bottom out, hence PASM throwing the fault. They said there wasn't enough travel left in the shock for PASM to do it's job. I'm sure this will start a debate but that's what the dealer (shop foreman) said. I witnessed the measurement of the shock travel and it was indeed as limited as he said.
That's exactly the kind of crap I want to avoid. The ride with PASM is buttery smooth and I don't want to mess with perfection for esthetics. Especially at the expense of having to deal with self imposed mod related problems.

robert,
i doubt it. if they're different the shocks will be different as well. that's my experience from 996 as well.
That sucks, I guess the PSS9 setup is the way to go. That's funny though that you don't mod your cars. It's like a dentist not wanting to bleach his teeth or the car washer not wanting to wash his personal cars.
