If AWD was the fastest away aroung a track we'd see it in F1. But, you're not buying a race car - drive both (a lot) and choose what you like. I agree C4 looks great but C2 saves $ and weight. My dealer gave me cars to drive for 3-4 hours...I opted for C2s

UK car said that safety-wise the AWD is like having an on-board Walter Rorhl. Personally only reason to buy it is the wider rear but that doesn't justify the expense... Unless money is not a problem so you can buy the C4S and convert it to RWD... lol
