CF parts interest

I'm talking with a CF manufacturer and I just wanted to guage what type of products you guys would like to see in CF. Personally i'd like some side mirrors and some interior pieces for cheaper than the prices out there.

Yea it could be done. Right now we're thinking about mirrors and the center console. If there was enough interest he can get them out for almost 50% less than retail.

RS rear wing, air scoop collector (under the wing, over the current intake inlets), door sills, center console for 996 GT3. In that order.

if quality is good. i would rather pay full price then have products that are shows multiple flaws. but if quality is good, i am in for mirrors, interior stuff, and even shift knows and brake handle.

The quality would be nothing less than perfect. Once prototype parts are finished I would take many many pictures accompanied with a full description. If I don't think the pieces are perfect I'll tell the manufacturer that I won't suppport the products. Mogz PM sent

btw, these parts would not require a core either. Meaning, the parts would be made of carbon fiber. They won't just be oem parts overlayed or wrapped in carbon fiber.

I'd pick up a 997 cf center console for $800 in a heartbeat-as long as it looks like oem.

How about check into doing an instrument surround in cf?...like the Ferrari 430 appears to have. I'd be willing to pay $300-$400 for that piece as well.

I'm wondering how the CF would look against SY. I got yellow dials, seat belts, and center console on my in-production C2S and I'm just not sure if the CF would look incomplete up against it.

personally I think CF would look good against yellow just as long as theres not a lot of yellow and cf so that it still looks agressive yet classy

Once the car gets here, I'll look at it and get a better idea how the CF would look. Should be about 5 more weeks.

I have some awesome CF from MacCarbon in my 997S...center console, inside mirror trim, air conditioning vents, guage cluster - looks awesome. I would love to get door sills and the housing around the NAV in CF.

Hey Synergy, after the center console, the next piece produced would most likely be the housing around the Nav. The door sills also sound like a good idea, seems like there would be demand for that.

why not??? Although I would be willing to let you USA residents try it out first before I get into any international purchases.

I have a full leather sand beige interior, I cannot really picture it with carbon fiber!! What do you guys think?? Also I want a CF real intake . Is this possible? (something like the x-51 intake.
