Heya folks, got around to throwing up some more 997S project cars (they're all pretty different) so it might give you guys some ideas (good or bad heh..). I've put some descriptions in there for ya too so you can figure out what part is what etc...

Alex - Nice man, you guys do some sweet work. Is there a noticable difference in throttle response from idle on the 997S cars that you have modified with full exhaust ? Also, have you had any CEL issues with the sport cats ??

Crod, thanks for the kind words on that. There is a noticeable gain on the exhaust mods we do but it's more from the mid to upper ranges. The Intake and the Flash are what gets you the throttle response improvements as well as HP. The only cats I've ever used are the 200cell ones from AWE. The 100 cell cats do trigger CEL's on 996/997s so I avoid them

 

Kinesis F110s are they 20s?or 19s? in the project car and what are most who getting them? what size?

 

i dont think kinesis ever made any f110's in 20in.

raja they're 19s ONLY for now.. I did talk to kinesis about doing 20s but we'll see

Great projects!! You guys change shoes more than my wife. Some of the descriptions of the wheels don't go with the car pictures. I think I figured out what was what. Does one of the black cars have black TechArts?

 

i love the white 997 with stage 1 w/Brembo's 15 inch 8 piston caliper front and 14 rear piston kit. it fills up the wheel so nicely. and the combo is so stunning. any idea how much they run?

 

Hey Raja, drop me an Email and I'll give you all the options tomorrow. There's a lot of variations.. His one was a 15 inch 8 piston front with the 14 inch 4 piston rear. You could do that kit with a 4 piston front and/or a 13.6 rear. Or you could do the "new" 6piston kits...

 

Thanks man.. that's only a sample. I haven't gone back and fixed the older 997s yet (you are correct since they're not quite right yet). The 997C4S should have the black tech arts... More coming!
