Check with AWE but I didn't think the AWE cats mated up to PSE only to non-PSE exhaust or to AWE exhaust.

an o2 simulator is a little electronic box which sends the ecu a fake (and normal reading) 02 signal...Guys with Supra's use them, Corvettes, Evo's, just about everyone....

"All cars and light trucks made since January 1, 1996 have two O2 sensors (four in dual exhaust applications) to measure the amount of oxygen contained in the exhaust gasses. The first (primary) sensor is upstream from the converter and is used by the onboard computer to calculate the air/fuel mixture. The second (secondary) sensor is downstream from the converter and its only job is to report if the converter is working properly. The CEL/MIL will come on if:
a: The converter has been removed/gutted or needs to be replaced
b: The sensor has been removed or is malfunctioning.
This simulator will solve both of those problems!

This O2 Sensor Simulator/MIL Eliminator sends the exact signal to the ECU that the secondary O2 sensor does when all is working fine. This could save you hundreds of dollars in repairs that would have to be done before you could pass emissions."

(note I've never bought anything from these guys, but they claim it'll work on Porsche)

I have run a full AWE system: headers, catalytics and mufflers, with an Evo airbox for 7000 miles. The sound quality is fantastic, without being obnoxious. The idle has a throatier sound than stock. Hard throttle produces a deep growl and it screams over 5000 rpm. It has the traditional Porsche exhaust note, including the woofly idle, without the objectionable noise of muffler bypasses. Don't use catalytic eliminators, they trigger check engine lights and fail emission inspections. Catalytic eliminators are only good for 3 to 4 HP anyway.
