Should a 997 C4 keep up with a 996TT?
Should a 997 C4 keep up with a 996TT?
Anyone heard of a 997 C4 keeping up with a 996TT?
While driving home the other day, I was getting on the freeway when a 996TT got behind me, once we hit the freeway he gunned it. I immediatly got on it also.
The wierd thing is he wasnt pulling away, I was surprised, we kinda zig zagged threw traffic, but he wasnt pulling away like I thought he could or should.
I can understand if I had a S with the power kit, but a 325HP C4?
I have fabspeed headers, mufflers, BMC airfilter, and GIAC ecu...
Do these mods really give me that much power?

I wonder how many more stories we have to here about people with 997's(usually S's) keeping up with 996tt's untill people start to beleive it... I for one beleive it becuase i was even with one with my 997s
if you had a 997s coupe then its possible. i raced a 997S conv. and pulled 15+ cars on him up to 150+ from fwy speeds, we did this more than once and it was always the same, maybe he had a tip
however, anything is possible on the street
