997 Cab (Kids car seat)

Have anyone purchased the OME accessory kids car seat or have photo's on how it looks?

Just wondering on the fit since I have a CAB and rear seats are slanted forward. Aftermarket and other brands are hard to fit in the narrow fitting.

How old are the kids? I was putting my 4 or 5 year old in the back seats with no booster. My feeling was, it was the same size anyway.

I would love to see pics as well for my 996TT. I didn't even know there were specific car seats to fit.

I don't even know, but we stopped using child seats a while ago and my youngest turns 8 in July. Is the law state or fed?

Just checked and in NJ it is 8 years or eighty pounds.

Here is the site.

I believe its a State law since it changes from state to state. Thanks for the helpful information, I think everyone that has kids should check this out as a reminder to keep our kids safe.

I have twin boys, I have 2 Graco seats that I use for them. They fit better when you take out the bottom cushion. Remember no hooks on the cab so you have to use seat belts.

Have a 3 year old and a Britax Starriser booster which fits quit well. Remove the seat pad, its attaches with velcro, also makes it easier to clean the juice stains and cheerio crumbs

Thanks for your comments, I am also using a different aftermarket child seats and do remove the seats pads but wondered if anyone has bought the OEM from Porsche.

Also is yours a CAB? I notice the seats are facing more forward due to the emergency pop up rollcage.

Its a coupe, the cab rear seats do look a bit more upright.

Yes that is why I was thinking in getting the OEM seat. Is there anyone that bought these from Porsche?
