Newbie Post / Sharing my 997
Dear all, I have been surfing this forum for about a month or so, and let me tell you that I'm really impressed. This is my second registration in a 997 board; been member in rennteam board for more than a year and now right here. The main difference between those two boards I have noticed is that 6speedonline 's members are more open mods and welcoming aftermarket products much more than rennteam members... I like both and think they're complementary.
Now back to the subject, I would like to share my thoughts, pics and mods with you guys. I've got a 2005 997 C2, Seal Grey, terracotta, PSE, illuminated sills, full leather interior, phone module, full alu package, red calipers, H&R springs, 5mm spacers, 911 badge...

how do you like how the 5mm spacers have changed the look of the car? i suppose the wheels are even more flush with the fender line now? notice any handling improvements?

Hi there! Wanna thank you all for this warm welcome! I had to submit for a new account for technical issues. neil, the car that was chasing me was a Mercedes C-class Coupe. Jrlom3, the 5mm spacers did not make a lot of visual nor handling effect since I lowered my 997 with H&R springs, the fenders are closer to the wheels so I guess I should consider larger ones...
