Anyone know what part would need to be changed in order to convert the dashboard to show Km/h instead of mph?

I'm guessing that the digital speedo is not a problem but the analog clock would be. I've looked at both an euro and us speedo and the corresponding speeds do not match so it's not as easy as just changing the dial itself.

I barely use the analog speedo .. the digital one is much easier to follow.

 

Yea, it's not about how it looks. It's about reselling the vehicle here and a potential customer might not like the MPH clock.
