Unhappy What happend in Evoms?

First of all I dont want to talk bad about Evoms...just want to tell these history...
Fisrt I bought the Stage 4 for my 997S when it comes the air box filter comes incomplete! and I ordered too the CF mirrors! but they send me 996! no 997! and then I wait for 3 months to have the correct mirrors!
Then I talked to Nate and they changed the air box for Exhaust tips! but they send me 2 right tips! and I need one for the left and the other for the right!
and finally when I bought my Supercharger they send me the internal cooler (dont know in english) in a very bad condition!!!!!
and I sent to then again!!!!!

I really dont know what going on!!!!!
What I`m gonna do with the tips!!???

1) air box incomplete
2) CF mirrors of 996 instead of 997
3)when they change the CF mirrors I wait 90 days!!!!
4)exhaust tips are of the same side of the car! I have 2 rights!
5)Supercharger comes with a part in a very very bad condition!

I DONT WANT TO BE THE "BAD GUY" HERE...I`M JUST TELLING WHAT HAPPEND TO ME TO MANY TIMES!!!!!

i just hope you used AMERICAN EXPRESS to purchase them all.
yeah, sounds like you got a bad deal there.
everyone speaks highly of them. Maybe they shipped it out on a friday...

I think they are one of the best tuners!
but somebody is making BIG mistakes there!

When I had the problem with the SC I send a mail to Nate and nobody answer it! Just VF replay it! and fix the problem.

I'm sure they've had growing pains like anyone. Especially moving into the new, much larger facility and with the huge growth in their business. But that is very unlike them in my experience. My experiences with them have always been first rate, and the products look OEM. Send an e-mail or PM to Todd. He's a great guy, and it's a great company, and he will make it right.

I know that EVOMS will fix the problem.. never EVER known them to be any other way but to take care of the customer!!

Isn't this the second customer satisfaction issue with evoms recently? The last time if I recall, we heard from them quickly and the customer was treated properly and the situation was resolved. Where is evoms now? We need to maintain solidarity in this regard. We are part of what should be a powerful buying group and need to rely on each other for support. I have owned 4 modified porsches and currently have evoms parts in my car. With other after market producers like ruf and tpc lurking around, I hardly think that evoms can afford a let down because of growing pains. This seems eerilly similar to Roock when they started to recieve high praise. If your listening at evoms, now would be a good time to step up and make good. Otherwise the rest of us may need to think twice the next time we want to spend 10K+ on our car.

i have order exhaust tip for my 996tt from them a couple of months back and they sent me 2 right ones too i gave them a call when i recieve the package and told them i wanted the hose kit instead and they took care of it pretty quick within a week after they recieve the tips back. i talked to Todd over at evoms maybe you can ask him to help you out

Thanks guys....but I think any company can have 1 or 2 mistakes....
but not 4 o 5 with the same person!!!
I stil thinking they are great! tomorrow my 997S will we ready with the SC!!! cant wait to have it!!!!
but I had too many problems to have my car complete....because of the "mistakes"....

I hope my car run perfect now....
