What is a RemoteKey Module

Hello everyone, can someone please explain what this remotekey module is, how it works? what it does? and aproximately how much it costs? do i need it for my new 997? Thanks in advance,

I've got both the remote top and the remote key. Great products. Highly recommend them. Especially if you have a cab. It makes the whole top up/down thing way more convenient.

thank you very much gentlemen.. cant wait for the the 08 C2 to get here, hopefully in the middle of august, so that i can start playing with it and doing the mods..
