PSS-10 Release?

I saw that the PSS-10 for 997 Turbo w/ PASM is now available, does anyone know when the same coilovers for 997S/4S will be released?

I don't have a clue what the advantage over PSS9 would be. I have the PSS for PASM that I just got. What could be the advancement?

To be honest I'm not sure if they will change much. The extra click of adjustment is irrelevant in the PASM equipped model but I'm not sure if they changed the valving or spring rates. I would mostly like to know because I'd rather not buy the old model if something new is about to become available.

Cool. I like mine just fine. I haven't been able to tamper with any of the settings on the suspension itself yet anyway. Thanks for the info, and good luck.

Are you looking for cheap, or the best support both before and after the sale from a reputable shop that has been around for over 15 years?

Honestly, what are PSS10's anyway?

We are a Bilstein direct Distributor and I am aware of only a kit for cars with and without PASM.

I remember at SEMA last year, they PSS10's were just what they were calling coilovers for the PASM cars.

I would call them now, but the East Coast offices are closed for the day.

On the Bilstein website the only cars the PSS10's are listed as available for are the E46 M3/3 series and 997 Turbo. Part # for the 997 Turbo is F4-GM5-D601-H0. Just wondering if there's any news as to when they will be released for regular 997S/4S. The normal PSS10 has a total of 10 clicks of damping adjustment rather than 9, but I'm not sure what the differences are beyond that.

Just spoke with Bilstein.

There is currently no ETA on PSS10's for Non-PASM 2wd Porsche cars. Since no PSS9 kits were ready for the 4wd cars, they moved right into the PSS10's.

The major change is a wider adjustment range through better oil control in the valve stack.

Hope clears some things up.

Wait, so is the kit for PASM C4S the same part # as the kit for the Turbo? Because that's what I need.
