New ACR runs 11.07 first time out!

Jamie,
I came up and introduced myself at the timing box early in the day. Your runs were truly impressive. If you wouldn't mind I would be happy to post some of the pictures I snapped of your ACR in this thread. Just thought I would ask for the "ok"...
Its truly a beastly looking car.

Thanks! I actually lived in Jupiter for years and still have a place there and spend a lot of time there and have literally raced at Moroso 100's of times and usually in the fall the times are within .1 an 1 mph difference from up here. Now when the weather is really cool up here it can be more than that but usually the 2 tracks are pretty close as it can get pretty cool at night at Moroso as well. Also we don't use altitude correction at our tracks up here either, that is something they reserve for out west.

let me know if you want any full resolution copies of the above ACR pics.
I have a Nikon D80, which these days is not the best option out there but still capable of great pictures. The lens is the real key, I was using my 50mm prime f1.4, which is an excellent portrait lens, but delivers very sharp pictures of anything you point it at! the best thing about the 50mm lens is that it does not distort the picture as we see it, its pretty darned close to what we see w/ the human eye.
another few pics from the day
My car..........pre
a few cars cooling down
