Some pics of my Underground TT Viper
This Viper is absolutely ridiculous (in a good way)! I love it! I love the fact that it's a complete car, with proper engine/transmission, suspension, brake and aero (soon enough) modifications. Everything has been addressed! This is definitely the way I'd build a Viper (although I wouldn't have thought about the Holinger box)! Great job!

Absolutely beautiful in every aspect.
I noticed on Hollinger's site that their transmission for the Viper (the HS6-DV) is only rated for 650ft.lbs of torque. Was anything done to address this or do you just plan on changing the gear box out frequently?

As far as the Holinger box goes, I discussed the car & its use @ length with the supplier. the power rating for the box is developed for use during a race (up 24 hours endurance type ) event. The thought process is for the ralatively short bursts that the box will be "overloaded" it will be ok).
My type of power has been run through the boxes before, so it was a measured risk decision on my part.
No I don't plan I rebuilding the gears frequently & no there is no "upgrade for the box (unfortunately)
I with him too. I want to hear how well the car works on the tracks. I remember on supercar expose show with Tanner, he took out an Viper on the track against the Suberu and it was awesome.
