The car is not mine, I merely posted a link to the vid.
However, the mods from what I understand are:
Heads, cam, pullies (~16 psi), exhaust, cold air, tune, N2O, drag radials. Stock shortblock and 6 sp. auto trans, and stock rear.

I would like to see what it would run w/o the heads/nitrous, I would be much more impressed if it hit tens with just bolt ons + a cam. What they did is kinda pushin it for a daily driver IMO. Badass none the less.

I went 11.58 with just a pulley, cold air and tune in 1100 ft. DA air. I'm sure adding a cam, exhaust (maybe even some headers) and some DRs to my combo and running on a crisp Fall or early Spring day might get me close. Add in a more aggressive tune for higher octane fuel and the odds are better still.
Then again, it takes large hp increases to pick up tenths on cars that are as heavy as these, so maybe 10's would be a stretch. I know the car could go an 11.4x as is with just better air, so who knows.

Heads/cam pullies and normal intake exhaust bolt ons is pushing it

+1. How will a set of ported heads effect reliability? Depending on the specs of the cam, I can see it effecting driveability.

I was just saying that the average person who decides to mod their CTS-V isn't going to go as far as heads/cam/200 shot. I bet most people will only go as far as Intake/Exhaust/Pullies or Intake/Exhaust/Pullies/Cam at most.
