Sweetness. I notice ZR1 side vents. Is it using the ZR1 body? I hope they pick up where they left off in GT1.

I think they're using the ZR1 body, I don't see why they wouldn't use the top dog vette body. Car looks sick

Technically it's a Pratt & Miller body with ZR1-style front fender vents.

Technically no. Flexfuel means you can put E85 or E10 or any combination thereof and the PCM will handle it. They run E85 all the time. To change fuels they would have to change the calibration in the controller.

I really wish the ZR1 looked different than a $40k vette. I love the performance figures, but it just isn't exotic enough for the money (IMHO).

From what I understand, the front fenders are actual ZR1 units. They have to meet that actual street car specs including the front splitter too. The frame is also aluminum. The GT2 class is a lot closer to the stock cars than the GT1 class was. One of the corvette magazines recently did a complete article on the GT2 car and the similarities with the production unit vs the differences with the old GT1 car.
