New Member 2008 GT500 on E85

Hey all.

heard about the site from a buddy with a 997TT so I came to take a look.

Lots of fast rides on the site! I hope to learn from the site over time.

Here's my ride:

Car has a built motor, 4.0L Whipple Blower, tuned on E85 and made 770whp on 19#s. Motor is capable of 24#s and 900+ whp if I turn it up.

Very impressive!

Few questions:

Did you buy it new and mod yourself or was it already modded?

Who built the engine?

Since when are there palm trees in New York?

Nice car!

Welcome to 6speed. The site has definitely opened my eyes to other vehicle purchases and ownership issues (both good and bad).

I purchased it modded already.

The car now has a L&M Engines built motor. The motor in the car got trashed when the oil pump broke on a pull. I hadn't driven it more then 80 miles when it happened.

The pic is from the previous owner. I have not been able to get good shots of it up here yet.

LOL, nope, I have a 4" pulley on it now and stock sized balancer. I could easily see 24lbs and near 1000whp.

I'm sure your's moves out damn hard!
