A little while ago I asked about what the best vette forum was, and you guys directed me to corvetteforum... at the time I was waffling between an mkiv supra tt or a c5 z06, and was in the process of selling both my cayenne tt and my lancer evo. Well both the evo, and the cayenne sold last week, and I am now the proud owner of a lingenfelter built c5 Z06!

I have all the reciepts from the original owner, who at 10k delivered the car to lingenfelter for a 500hp 427 package... This thing is a beast!

I don't have any of my own pictures yet, so I'll snag a couple from the ad

so far I love it, I need to fix a couple small issues.. driver mirror glass, driver door module, and the center console hinge sticking, but other than that i love it!

Awesome. I like how you removed the z06 tags too. People will have no idea what's sitting inside that engine bay. As sleeper as a Corvette can be.

 

It does still have the z06 fender badges, as well as 427 badging on the hood cowl... I'd remove the 427 badges but they have pins drilled into the hood I also changed out the quiet corsa exhaust for an slp loudmouth catback which certainly announces the cars presence! Nice thing is it doesn't have a nasty cammed idle and looks stock underhood with the exception of a catch can and headers

 

I had an 02 C5Z that looked identical... They are great cars!! Enjoy it. Mine had all black interior and I added a small stripe on the edge of the stock painted wheels...

 

I like it! I was thinking about adding a small torch red stripe around my wheels to match the black and red interior...
