mustang mods

Hi guys. I have a 2005 mustang convertible. I'd like to modestly mod it by adding more power and growl. I know nothing about where to buy pony stuff. Without going broke, what can be done to achieve a little more power and growl? Thanks!!

^^^What model? GT? Check out some of the Mustang forums. stangnet.com, mustangforum, svtperformance.com.

You could do an aftermarket intake/filter and an axle back exhaust and pick up a few more HP as well as change the sound of the car.

Keep us posted!

I believe it is 4.0 v6. Thanks.
Today I'm ordering an axle back exhaust and air intake as per forums advice. Should be a good start I think.

You can also have the m tune the car after the mods. The newer motors do pick up some decent power via an SCT tune, ect.
