Dodge Ram SRT-10...Drivable?
Dodge Ram Pickup SRT-10...Driveable?
Alot of these on Ebay with 5000 miles or less...is this thing drivable or just too much engine? At $30-35,000 seems like a great deal for what you get.

I have been thinking of getting one for a while now, you can get a RC for 25-27 with ~10K miles which I think is really a good deal, and what I was looking at.
I had no trouble driving it when I tested them, the QC is a much better daily though with the automatic. Gas mileage and tank size would be my primary concern with them, I don't really care so much about the cost but the distance between fillups. Owners say you can actually see the gas gauge go down under heavy acceleration it drinks so much fuel.
Modification wise there is a forum I think called srt10forum.com that has a bunch of info.
Best of luck.

I just got a 06 regular cab and its pretty cool. I like diving the manual version/RC better than the auto/QC. maybe its because I didnt drive it hard at the dealership but shifting is more fun. Anyway, I bought mine from IN and drove it out ther for about 2 weeks and Ive seen rain, heavy wind, and hail and it held up fine, just gotta go a little easy when its wet. On dry surface traction is pretty good, its running on 305s so pretty wide.

If you're ever down here in OC, you are welcome to take it for a spin.

In stock trim they don't seem to have much jam. I destroyed 1 tonight (twice) in my 3/4 ton suburban from a red light. Didn't even need to flip it into 4x4. After a little smoke off the line, I left him in my dust. Man, did those young dudes look confused!

I like the SRT-10. I was pretty close to pulling the trigger on a brand new '05 RC at my local dealer. There are some good deals around on these trucks. Keoni, i'll take you up on your offer, lol. Nice Monster, btw.
