Will anyone else be there for this 3 day event? I'll be running in the black group with my STi, and my dad will be there too in the yellow group with his 997 4S. If you see us in the paddock come on over and say hi

Great Are any of you instructing? I know my dad would like to have another Porsche driver as his instructor, and I haven't done the instructor's clinic yet so I won't be doing it until probably next year. I am looking forward to taking his 997 out for some laps though

 

I don't think that the other two are instructing and neither am I. This is my first time at VIR, in my car. I have done the north, south configuration several times on my bike. I am not an instructor, but I love tracking the car. If you see us down there, stop by and say hello.

You will love the full course. I've done full a few times, as well as north and grand. Grand is my favorite just because it's basically the full course with another technical section added on but full is a lot of fun. North was fun but the uphill esses and Oak Tree are 2 of my favorite parts of the track.

Awesome event. I liked playing in the rain.

 

The rain was an interesting experience and the R8's were ok. The full course was awesome and the grand course sounds like it will be on my schedule next year.

I have a couple of clips but, I need to do some editing. I'll post them asap.

BoostJunkie, Do you have the Blue STI? I ran in the green group.

BTW, on the way home, I think that is the fastest sustained speed I've ever driven in VA...we got home pretty fast
