Those things on the Gills look horrid. The ONLY thing I like about that car is the wheels. The Lorinser kit is a little too dirty south for my taste

Thanks for the reply, I thought the chrome might be too much myself when the customer wanted to do it but it began to grow on me as everything got installed and took a few steps back and looked at it all.

I like it...always have liked the Lorinser kit....but not front lip/bumper? Looks un-finished to me for some reason? Is that just side skirts or is THAT the the comes with the kit?

Wheels ROCK!............but def needs a slight drop to complete it.

Overall - sick.........but not 100% my style.

The SL's look much better lowered but kill the inner tires. The lower sideskirts from Lorinser have a chrome option and they were special ordered from Germany and will be installed soon along with a pair of updated red/clear taillights from a 2007. Interior wood accents were added too.

As for the depth of the sides, the skirts hang lower on these kits. Saves replacing the front bumper I guess. This one had to be fixed from a previous incident.

The front looks like a standard non-AMG SL front end... not feeling it. But to each their own
