bump

anyone? trying to decide what wheels to put on the 997. im looking at a set of champion wheels too - the same set on the silver GMG turbo. how much does a set like those run for?

i've had HREs on my past 4 cars so i'm trying to mix it up a bit
although the new 1 piece wheels do seem nice....

Try going to Tirerack.com and choose the BBS LM wheels with the 997TT. Not exactly someone's car but at least it'll give you an idea of how it'd look.

Yup I tried that already. Im kinda iffy about the way they look on a slate grey specfically.... I need to see if someone was able to pull it off.

ditto.. There are a few 996 turbos with lm's floating around here with some pix....

Anyone have those pictures?

just going to start modding the 997 now that i've already started with my 335

They certainly look good in all applications! I polished out the lips and recleared them. I recently changed out the caps to the Red BBS ones. I love the LM's, I'l be getting a set on my M6 when I get rid of this car. Maybe bronze centers, polished lip on Black car...mmm.
