FS: 52" Sony Bravia LCD

I bought this TV about a month and a half ago, thinking I would replace my 50" Panasonic plasma. It turned out to be too much work to swap it out, so i'm going to sell it instead. It is a 52" Sony Bravia XBR5. Brand new in box, never opened. Looking to get $3,500 local pick-up, cash. I am in the L.A. area and can even help with delivery. Here is a link to the product:

Looks like this:

I think you could learn a thing or two from reading the "For Sale" section rules. Here's a link in case you can't find them on your own:

https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...ad.php?t=90107

You have not seen my setup to asses the level of difficulty in replacing one monitor with another. I am the first owner of the tv. The friend I bought it from happens to own a store and is an authorized dealer. Next time think before posting. I would appreciate it if you edit your post or I will have a moderator do it for you as I do not need negative comments in my for sale thread. Thanks and have a nice day.

Do you know if the factory warranty is still valid and how long it lasts?

Also I forgot to ask I assume your friend is an authorized dealer and this is a factory new set, not refurb, demo, etc.

Yes, it is a factory new set, not demo, not refurb, never opened. To my knowledge, warranty is valid.

Best Buy is selling this same exact set for 3k now. In addition, you can get $500 off if you do all the other Direct TV bs and buy a Blu Ray player.
