Feeler - 997 turbo

Considering selling my 2007 turbo. Guards red, 5k miles, 6 spd, sport chrono, black interior, htd seats, sprt shifter, nav, carbon pkg, red belts, rear ctr cons painted w/ rockers, full clear bra, AWE exhaust, oil changed, mint. Thinking $119k. Any interest out there or do I twist my own arm and just keep it? Love the car but 3rd baby on the way and it doesnt really get driven much. Sits in garage on the trickle charger and started once a week. Will probably drive it a bit more as the weather warms up.

looks to me like 07, 997's are trading 30K under original sticker, one just sold for 98K at manheim. there are so many options that auction values can be decieving, but know one thing, these cars will go down in price

Keep it if its not a financial problem. When warm weather comes you will appeciate it more than you do now. Don't sell it and then another garage queen

If you do decide to sell let me know if you want to part with the AWE

Yeah I know. Could really care less if I sell it or not. I love the car. But have a Viper SRT as well and between the two cars and soon to be 3 sets of diapers to be changing, I don't get a chance to drive as much as Id like. Sucks to have to grow up.

Believe me with a 3rd kid coming you are going to need that car to go for some drives by yourself much more often than you think!

Keep the car and it will help you keep your sanity.

Keep it....I sold my 996 thinking the same thing and 2 years later, would really love it now.

It does have a back seat (perfect for little ones).

Why not sell your SRT instead? To me, it'd make more sense to keep the Turbo with 3 sets of mouths around.

what he said. I love my kids and plan on having more but come Sat morning I really 'need' that quiet weekend drive alone. On saying that if you have two weekend cars, sure, you could drop one easy enough but I know which one I'd cut lose!

I probably would drop either the 997 or the SRT. The SRT is only appx $60k and I have it set up nice now, HREs, full exhaust less cats, rear gears, hardtop , etc. The 997 is sweet too, totally different ride, smooth yet still mean sounding with the muffler delete. Decisions, decisions...Think I'll probably just keep em' both. Not really advertising either for sale, both my dream cars. Would like a Gallardo one day too.

Keep the 997TT, you have those back seats for the kids, the Turbo makes a great car to drop the kids at school

in the SRT you would have to carry the kids in the trunk, they don't seem to mind much

until they get to 3 when they want to drive...
