My new TT Cab Finnnnaaaallllly Arrives!
After 4.5 months waiting and 16 EXCRUCIATING days of the car sitting at the port, I finally picked her up on Friday. This is the first Porsche I've specced exactly to my specs instead of buying one off the lot and always wishing it had this option or that. Since I've always been fond of grey exteriors and red interiors, I went with Slate Grey over Carrera Red. I pretty much went crazy with the Exclusive Options. In fact, there wasn't any room left on the window sticker for one more! I wanted to tone down the red a bit so I went with black deviated carpets and stitching (the sunlight drowns it out in some pictures) and a bunch of painted parts including my all time favorite option - painted sport seat backs. Thanks guys for kind words guys. I truly am thrilled with the way it came out. It certainly exceeded my expectations. As much as I rip Porsche for having a 30 or so page order guide and 6 or so stitching options, that's the great thing about them, you truly can build a unique car exactly the way you want it.
