The Protomotive 997TT has a 7200RPM rev limit and he pulls hard in 3,4, and 5th gear. 180MPH comes quickly in the 997TT. My max speed on that day was 140.5 MPH (4th gear 6800 RPM). The Lambo was 145MPH in 4th gear (8500 RPM).

 

Yeah, I noticed that his car would jump, I assumed he did an upshift at that point. Your car was moving along nicely as well. Did you quantify your HP from a dyno?

 

No, HP for my car is an estimate. I have a cab and with me in it (I am 210 lbs), it weights in a 4000lbs. Both cars out HP me and I weight 650lbs more than the 997TT. LP640 is 4300 with the driver. If you look at the video and see them pull away very quickly, I am off of the gas at that point. I always shut down around 130MPH to 140MPH. Also, if you look at video #7, I started in 1st gear and was able to sustain my boost and therefore, keep up with them a little better.

 

So your car has 520hp with just a Revo flash?

 

Or close to it. I only run VP MS 109 with a race custom race file. As you may know, Revo lets you set your own parameters. Mine are at the upper end, except boost; I only run 1.0 bar of boost. I would love to match my car against another car of equal HP.
