Agreed.

Not even a remotely fair contest.

Either way, it's for fun. Besides, let's not underestimate "weekend warriors". I've seen some incredible drivers who weren't pro.

Great vid! Those were some daring maneuvers!

Guys while James maybe considered a "professional" at this point in his career.

Lets understand that there were faster cars racing that weekend which started up front based on there qualifying positions.

And I know of many "amatuer" guys who are just as fast if not faster than some pro's.

Just wanted to point out what a well set up car and consistent driving can do....

Before I forget ..
He had little to no track time that weekend in the car, maybe 5 laps total since we were ironing out some of the final bugs. The car was not tested and it was just completed after being rebuilt from a bare chassis and finished 2 days earlier....

Thought you guys might enjoy some of the driving

Does that mean he qualified last? Just curious.

Don't get me wrong, I loved the video especially how he picked most of those cars off like the were going backward. I'm sure if I was there I would have been one of them .

There is a HUGE difference between a "weekend warrior" like myself who have a full time career outside of motorsports, four kids, limited resources toward their "hobby", etc, etc. and someone who owns a racing team with unlimited resources, staff, etc. and can spend unlimited time on the track.

Even if I had a smidge of the talent James does (and I'm sure I do not) I still would not be able to run with him; at least on a regular basis.

Now show me a video of James starting last at Miller next week and then winning by 40 seconds and I will be impressed !!

Remember I'm a customer so be nice to me and BTW, I'm still waiting for my exhaust .

Rob,

LOLOL...... Well you see its the "exhaust" that allows James to have that kind of performance!!

I know you are waiting for your exhausts we are trying to get them completed as quickly as we can.... Once you have our system you will be able to rocket by other cars in the same fashion! JK

Fabryce,

Thanks for posting. Cool video.

BTW, thanks for the visit to your amazing facility the other day and the test ride in the GMG 997TT. I am very impressed how "daily drive friendly" the GMG Spring seems to be. You are going to get a call from me; not just spring, but a few more things as well.

I have a couple of questions please:

1. If I am going to change to GMG spring, is it better to do it early, before I accumulate too much mileage on the stock coilover? Is there a time/mileage limit beyond which you wouldn't recommend switching out the spring?

2. We were discussing stock spring rates the other day, and no body in this forum seems to know. Someone suggests you might for whatever reason . Would you please post them here or send to my email cannga@pacbell.net ? Thanks in advance.
