The Four Horsemen

After mowing this morning I decided to snap a family photo. Please excuse the dirty 944 turbo as it just got unloaded from the trailer after a weekend of running at the new Eagles Canyon racetrack in Ft Worth. The Cayenne TT is the newest edition that will help me get the keys back from my wife for the 997TT....

Incredible stable! The 997TT looks amazing.

What do you think of the Cayenne? I was thinking of picking up a Cayenne TT or GTS for the wife.

I am very impressed with the CTT. PDCC makes that car. I just hope that it shares no more parts with the 04 Touareg I suffered through.

Fantastic stable.

Love the house as well.

OT: How high is that fence around your property?

Damn nice cars......
I was thinking of keeping my 997s. When I got my 997TT, I just did not feel like driving my 997s anymore. On a nice day, I had to choose one or the other. I could not imagine choosing the 997s (a great car) over the 997TT. So, I ended up turning it in on the trade a few days later.

Just out of curiosity, how did you decide on the 997TT over a GT3 or a GT2. I often wonder amongst Porsche aficionados, what is the essence of a 997TT vs the 997GT3 (especially because they are similar in price... unlike the GT2.. not to mention the low production numbers of the GT2).

thanks for sharing the photos!!!

I think the fence is 8-9'. Most of it on the side is stucco/concrete blocks.

I bought a 997gt3 last year and did a euro delivery, with the idea of keeping the 997 that best fit our needs. While the Gt3 is a fantastic car, I kept the TT because it has almost limitless mod capabilities. The GT3 is the better handler out of the box, but is for all intents and purposes stuck it its current power level.

Incredible stable as others have said and I love the 997tt. I usually am not the biggest fan of red turbos but yours has definitely made me think twice. Congrats man great photo...

What made you go right for the CTT over the GTS?

The GTS is almost as much as a CTT, but more importantly my wife is disappointed with anything less than 500 ftlbs of torque.

funny how your wife is now addicted to HP.
I am still trying to convince my wife that the Cayenne is a better car than the LX-570. She has been driving an LX for years and likes the ride.
The GTS is a compromise. She likes the looks and does not care about performance. (so at this point, I am considering just getting the LX-570 to satisfy her... since, it is her car after all and she does not care to drive my 997TT at all).
