Should I trade my CL500 on a 911?

I'm wrestling with the idea of trading my '04 CL500 for a 2000-2003 911. I love my CL, but I want something with a little harder "edge"...Will I be happy with the reliability?

Go for the Carrera 4S its one of the best 911's ever produced especially its its a manual gearbox.

Oh heck yes!
The 911 is reliable and will definitely offer more edge than the CL.
Wait, does the CL have an edge?

Thanks guys! If I would have known that my darling wife was going to keep her E430, I would have bought a different car. We bought the CL500 to replace it, and she had such an emotional attachment to that old E that she just couldn't sell it... so I'm on the hunt for a P car now...

Thanks for all your input!

Thanks guys, I did it! But instead of a 911, I traded for a new Cayman.

Drove both, liked Cayman better. Looking for LESS complication. Got pretty stung on CL, WAY too many geegaws. The Cayman was what appealed to me(simplicity and better handing), so I bought it. Thanks for the love!

Going from a to Luxury GT to MD sport car, hard to compare. Anyways,if your going to get a Porsche,id just save and get a Turbo model, you don't want to be one the fellows wish they had that X factor that the turbo has.

Most dealerships, esp in my area will let you take a used car home for the weekend to try it out.

I would look into that, drive the 911 and make your mind up.

I know you will be enamored with it, the 4 wheel drives are very nice!

Cant go wrong with the cabriolet either.
