good condition...... is 8/10...have everything it came with ...even headphones if you want used ones..

i plan on buying the new one, hopefully this friday if it doesn't sell out...so i'd have to wait till after fri to ship....

you might get more takers if you lowered the price considering the new version which comes on out July 11th is cheaper than your used old one...just a heads up.

everyone is comparing it to the new one, but you need a 2 year contract with at&t to purchase the new one..

hahaha ... i'm cool with $275 and got an offer for that...i just read though that at&t is going to charge existing $200 for existing customers to go with a new contract...dumb ******...so in that case i'm not going to get it...

you'd think if you were a loyal customer they'd realize it...i mean at the very least i'm signing on for an additional 2 years
