Anyone been to a good driving school?
There is only one worth going to...the porsche sport driving school basic, masters and competition....all with Hurley Haywood and other factory (rolex)drivers as instructors. But it's in Alabama, worth the flight.

The Porsche School is very good for learning the idiosyncrasies of the Porsche, however some other schools may be better at leaning proper driver technique which will transfer to all cars.
I have been to Skip Barber and to the Aston Martin driving course in England. I highly recommend the Skip Barber route. They have a 3 day course which includes track time in a Porsche and other similar cars.

Agree! I've done both the Grand Prix and Advanced. Well worth it. If you go make sure to try the shifter karts they are awesome!

the skip barber is 2 hours away at laguna seca - they supply the car or you bring your own?
also i'm wondering, if instructed on how to drive the aston, does it perform well? my experience was that it was a good looking cruiser with a v12 and decent straight performance, but not really a car to take turns
