I have it on good authority that a new GT-R will be at the Reno/Fernley racetrack with Hooked on Driving Sat/Sun 8/30-8/31.

Someone please show up in a 997TT and answer all this uppity Datsun hype with some precision Teutonic engineering!!

In all seriousness, I will be there in my GT-R and would be fun if any of you guys were there as well. Post or PM if you are going to be there. Fernley is a fun/safe (but FAAAAAAAST) track and the HoD guys are pretty cool.

What class will you be running in?

I run in the fastest non-racecar class. With HoD this is usually called "C".

I think it will be a light turnout. According to David R (HoD owner), as of yesterday, may be only two groups "slow" and "fast." I will run with "fast"-- although I certainly don't expect to be at the front of that pack (often get several full-on race cars).

Should be a ton of track time per dollar.
