19 pouce = 20 inches. Bling!

They look like 19's though.

 

 

OK. The sign says 19 pouces, which converts to 20 inches. Looking at the photos of the car, the wheels look like 19's to me not 20's. So I am also confused as to why the wheels would be labeled 19 pouces.

 

No, pouce is French for inch. Well not exactly, more like thumb, but used as inch.

 

Why do you think that 19 pouce means 20"? I would say that 19 pouce is 19"

 

These are 19' and not 20', look at the GT2 wheels next to them labeled 19 pouces which also means 19 inches.

Thanks for the clarification. I looked up pouce HERE and the definition was 1/36 meter or 2.78cm, not 2.54cm or 1 inch). 1 pouce = 1 inch makes far more sense.

 

This new wheel option is gonna hurt HRE big time, especially the P series monoblock wheels. You'll see.

Assuming similar weights, anyone who would take HREs over a factory BBS wheel with a functional centerlock is just plain ignorant.

HRE is amateur stuff compared to BBS, that's why race teams PAY to use BBS.

 

Interesting comments. Where is your technical data to support this theory?

No word on price just yet. Hell, I don't even have a part number!

We have a link at the bottom of that page where you can sign up for the RS Spyder Wheel mailing list to get updates.

 

The look and design is very dated looking...Don't think HRE has much to worry about with that particular wheel.
