I hate to disagree with you Chris but as you know I recently sold my GT3. The market for high end 911s has plunged in the last 8 weeks(HAHA Highend ANYTHING). I sold my GT3 for 118K. I figure if I sold it today it would sell for around a hundred or less. For no other reason that this economic down turn.
Here is a NEW autotrader ad from a Dealer with barely 1500 miles for $104K at a DEALER!!

That was with 6,000 miles not 11,000 miles. 5,000 miles difference is ALOT for cars that are 1 year old.
I see where the TT owners dont think its overpriced but I can tell you it is.
Not 15K maybe but its going to have to come down.
Times are tough right now and stuffs not moving. People are not buying and if you want to find a buyer you have to be competitive. Right now you have to make the buyer come out of his shell as it were.
An average price in a market where there are alot of cars (GT3s RSs and TTs) aint going to do it.
Not trying to be a ***hole just trying to help
IF the seller doesnt have to sell and wants HIS price and is patient then it another story, but then again- I think things are going to go down fast in the next 12-16 months and the longer a seller waits the more it goes down. Its just that I was in the market (as a seller) recently and its brutal. I have seen cars that were selling for over MSRP going for under invoice in 6 weeks (M3's) and I dont see it getting better anytime soon.

i also don't want to disagree with chris-this is obviously a nice car, but i agree that the market and the tip is not helping this car-i disagree with jim darcy about it being 15k overpriced-i would think that 95-100k would do it here-good luck selling this nice car.
he posted 106 if they offer him 100 he should take it, you never know with the way cars are today.
I actually didn't see the tip part either, but I still think 100-105 would be a fair price for this car with a 140k+ sticker. That's like a 34% 1yr depreciation, holy crap!
