Has anyone called or purchased anything from Wheel Power directly? I do not understand how they are in business if they don't have anyone to answer the phones. I have called from four different area codes and I have yet to have someone pick up the car or call back. It makes me wonder how big of a company they are and kind of wonder what kind of numbers they do as far as sales. Thanks.

 

That's odd... I know Jason the owner, and he's a great guy...they host many BMW meets as well....did you try email-g them?

 

From what I understand Timothy Pak is the owner of that company. I am not the fist to have problems there are atleast half a dozen people on mbworld who have had similar problems. I also hear that there are some vendors who will not deal with Wheel Power Either. I have emailed them several times and every week it is a different excuse. I have given them over two months to fix their issues without posting a word. I think I have given them ample time. Thanks.

 

We don't deal with them but most shops/vendors were off this week due to the SEMA show

 

I have called from several area codes from the begining of September. No answer. They occasionally answer emails. In fact I was forced to buy wheels from GMP Performane in August, because Wheel Power did not answer the phones when I tried to call them in August. I also hear that Wheel Power is no longer the North American Distributor for Hamann. I think Wheel Power has developed bad relationships with many customers and vendors, and that is why phone calls go unanswered. Thanks.

 

I think 3T Motorsport is the new Hamann distributor.

 

Tim is not the owner of WP, he was a manager. Jason is the proper owner.

 

I am sorry that was my mistake... I was mis informed about the owner of Wheel Power...

 

wat did u order if u dont mind sharing....

 

I purchased brand new Radenergie R10... One of the wheels will not balance properly...

 

u can call the factory and see if there any current delays with that wheel model. that may lead to sum answers.

 

Randenergie are made by Wheel Power.
