You've got the technique down, just lengthen your exposures and a tripod is your best friend for night shooting.

My new office, the parking garage at the Monarch. We just bought the ground floor retail space below it. 5th and West.

 

nice, I had money down on a 25th floor place at the Monarch before they switched to rentals

How crazy, I probably sold it to you. I work with urbanspace, it was our exclusive listing. Our current office is on the ground floor of Austin City Lofts but we will be moving within the nezt 60-90 days our new space. I had money down on a 20th floor 2bed/2bath facing downtown. I think ZOM made the wrong decision, we had sold 20% of the building in 50 days.

Did you end up buying somewhere else?

i had a 2/2 as well on the 25th facing DT

i now live near the Domain and still have a residence on Lake Travis... in hindsight I am kinda glad I didnt get the place at the M, I love my garage(s) too much
