Help ME to choose my new 997 TT !!!

Guys I need you to help ME to make up my mind:

Of colurse I want I much options as i cant get with a car but what I like most: PCCBs, LSD and may be carbon package...prefer lowest mile possible...

If one car will be missing PCCBs or LSD I might get (if I find at good prices) PCCBs of someone car or Big Brembo kit...around 4-5k...LSD is not a problem Qualife...$1500...

Also will be getting nice 19 or 20 wheels...if the car has 20 already keep then and get cheap 19 for track...If it doesnt the get light 19s for everyday and use stock 19 for track...

Also will add Cargraphic lip and Bigger rear wing...

The car is planned to be used for another New Switzer project...Which probably many people are been waiting for...Something btw VTG and Sledgehammer kit

Since I need the car build eary-mid 2006, here is my BEST options rightnow:

White...112k so far, offered 107k...
3.200 miles, 20 Works wheels, PCCBs...NO LSD...MSRP 138k...can import in April 2009...wheel need to be changed or re-painted to black in the middle...

GT Silver, 103k firm, 3.380 miles...NO PCCBS, Carbon package, NO LSD...MSPR 135k...can import in May 2009...

There is something very special about a red Turbo. That's my vote.

How hard it it to maintain and look after white car...never had white...I know silver is good cause you dont see dents or scracthes that much...

You can buy a much better BBK for less than it will cost to replace the PCCB's. I'd altogether not count that as a factor.

If Jim Ellis Porsche wont come off the price of the white one I say pick one of the others based on which has been better kept (which may be hard to find with such low miles), and which color you like best.

Even at 107 for the white car you can buy red or silver and use the extra 3-7k to buy a stop tech or ap racing brake kit that is much better than PCCB.

White is still the prettiest though IMO. But not for 112k, forget it at that price in this market.

So you have decided to go with a manual instead of a tiptronic? The LSD option shouldnt even be a factor. Very few cars have them, and the cars hook up fine without it. You can also do an aftermarket one if you really feel you need it later.

The PCCBs are great, far better feel than the regular brakes, but I dont feel they are necessary and they dont really stop the car better, just feel like they do. They give you more confidence, but it shouldnt be a deal breaker.

The carbon stuff is great, so is the aluminum trim. I really like both, the more the better, they really spruce up the interior and make it more impressive.

If you want to stand out a lot, get a red car. If you are going to drive in the rain a lot, get a silver car.

Out of the cars you listed, I would go with the sliver.

Aaron
