yes and it's the lense most on my camera...although I prefer FF, the 24-105 is a perfect range for crop cameras too...

It's one reason I never went to Nikon, they don't have the constant F4 lenses that Canon does....that was during the dark days before the 5D II...

 

well good luck with the sale...if I didn't have one I would surely jump on this one....

 

This is a great lens. Of my 4 lenses, this is my go to lens on my 5D.

it's an IS lens so fast enough for either camera...you will really see the quality of the "L" series lens on your 5dMkII...
