This is my first time to post with pictures, so hopefully this will work. I saw the new Camaro at the Dallas Auto Show, but this is the first time to see it on the street. It's interesting to me how different cars look from magazines vs. in person, then as it is on the street with cars we're accustomed to seeing everyday. The new Camaro is a really good looking car. I think it needs the black strips like Bumblebee in Transformers. Sorry for the quality of the picture. All I had handy was my Blackberry phone's camera and I'm not sure if this will be too small.

 

The new SS is one great looking car. Saw one at the Washington D.C. Auto Show - pretty cool.

 

I think its strange how they went from the Z/28 being top dog , to the SS being top dog and now back to the Z/28. But amazing looking cars, if my wife gets her way I will have to get something with a back seat.

I hope they go forward with the 550HP Z/28 because I'd consider it as a replacement for my Charger in 6 months time. Local Chevy salesman told me SS was being delayed some right now but forgot why.

I'm surprised to see it here. I didn't know it had been officially released for sale yet. It was even more surprising to see the SS version first.

 

Money does run very deep in the frisco area....I do business with a couple large companies in that city and there booming there!

 

It's not on sale quite yet, that car is most likely a prototype.

Hard to tell if it's and SS or RS.

 

I'm sure it was a test car. they don't even go into production until the middle of next month. Only a handful of orders have even been picked up by the system yet. We'll have our first SS May 6th here in N. Indiana

 

It was an SS. Funny, this one had Indiana plates.

 

I think that's actually a Michigan plate, but sweet none the less

 

The SS is a very nice looking auto. I see one pretty much everyday in our parking lot. I was told the Z-28 may not happen because it was going to be faster than the Vette. So my guess is they will wait until they make the vette even faster before coming out the Z-28. Just my guess.
