Hey guys, just finished up this beautiful 07 TT which needed a bit of TLC. The owner 6speed name QUuantum, who is a very busy guy allowed me to pretty much do what I thought would look good. As you can see in the before pics the paint was really bad, so many rock chips, front lip was bent and paint was peeling off. After 1 week I think the finished product came out better than factory.
what was done: painted both front fenders, hood, front bumper w/ inserts, repair and paint front lip, repair and paint rear bumper, paint center console exterior color, paint wheels matte finish black, smoke corners, lightly smoke tails.

Hope you all enjoy, the owner was speechless which is what was the greatest thing of all

Yes, Maciej took those pics for me as you know he is awesome with a camera. Unfortunately he is still banned on 6speed . Also I hate thumbnails too but cant seem to figure out how to post the pics up bigger

How do you smoke the rear tails? Is it a film of some sort or what?

 

smoking the lights can be done a few different ways, you can apply film but i think it looks cheap. I use a paint which is specific to lens, then a clearcoat then wet sand. All which allows it to shine, look and feel smooth
