My new toy...
Hey guys,

Been a member on here for a while, but usually frequent the 996 forum. I've actually been a Corvette fan for far longer than I've been a Porsche fan, having owned 5 Corvettes over the past 10 years or so. After about 8 months of waiting, I finally got my ZR-1 about 2 months ago. Haven't gotten a chance to drive it much, but I thought I'd post a pic and introduce myself. (Sorry in advance for the phone pic)

My 996TT is my mod'er in the family. Going to leave the ZR-1 alone for a while (until it starts to feel slow!)

Love the car. Please ditch the Chrome wheels though. Give them to one of your buddies with an escalade Everyone of these I've seen in person has chrome wheels for some reason. The dealers must just run down the list checking every box....

I've never been a huge fan of chrome wheels. I much prefer the carbon mesh look to the chrome.
