Anyone have tire recommendations?

Due to construction on my building at work, I managed to catch a nail in one of my rear tires. I have the stock wheels on my 2007TT and I use the car as my daily driver (~400 mi / week).

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

why don't you just replace the damaged one? Or are all four worn?

Tread wear: I'm going to need tires in a few months anyway, so I rather just deal with it all now.

Patch: I called two places and both said that they were not willing to patch it. I don't know if it was a line, but they both said that they were not comfortable patching a tire on a car that was this fast.

go with Michelin PS2 or Conti Sport Contact. I run Pirelli Pzero Rosso's now and they're a bit noisy for my taste.

Michelin PS2's. The best choice IMO.

Not patch...plug. From the inside. I've done it twice. If you're not going to go 100+ on the street or track the tire, you'll be fine.

PS2 would be your best choice for daily drive.

You can also consider PS cup if you go to track days once in a while.

Tread wear and noise level are very acceptable on street as a R-compound

tire.

For a daily driver, I'd also consider the Nitto Invo. Bang for buck, it's a great tire.
