1999 Carrera Aero 6speed
1999 Carrera Aero 6speed
Hey guys, I had this car for sale a while back but I kept it. Now I have decided to sell the car again as I am looking for a new house.
Asking $24,000
I am a former mechanic and and engineer who is very meticulous. I love the car but I just can't keep it. It has been well maintained and I have records from since I have owned it (a few years). It is in great shape for a 10yr old car. It has had some minor paintwork just to keep it a looker. With all of the rock chips and sandblasting from highway driving in Florida, you would understand owning a black car. I debated not doing it but I felt it was for the better.
The car is tastefully modded and has a rare combination of options. Also, I updated the interior to the 02+ style which gives it a great look and feel. I only know of a couple other people who have done this which really makes it a more "modern" car without the added weight from the 2000-2005 911's. Along with the reduced weight of the 99's, it also has cable driven throttle that makes the driver more connected with the car as opposed to the later years with electronic aids.
I have some of the stock parts and I have the stock 18in Sport Designs and a car cover that will all come with it.

The car has 88,xxx miles and I am including many extras including the OEM Sport Design rims. The car hasnt had any mechanical problems and all the updates have been performed. I purchased the car with a RMS leak but since replacing it to the new style seal using the factory install tool, it hasn't leaked again. Clutch, brake, and tires life are all in good standing. If you buy this car there isn't any money that would need to be put into it right away. It is a great looking car for over 10yrs old and turns heads everywhere!
I replaced all of the OEM carbon fiber since it had faded and cracked over time( a common problem). The only pieces I didnt change are the door sill guards yet. If I were going to keep the car the only thing I would do is replace the driver side interior door handle since it is showing some wear.
Thanks for looking!
