Purchased this watch on 3/18/04 and have sported a little more than 2 dozen times. I love the watch but its time for something a little more practical for me like a Casio - sick of worrying about banging it or scratching it. Model number 2502.30. 1-10, 10 being new, I give this watch a 9. It is in excellent condition! I paid 2229.11 from Bailey Banks and Biddle when the watch retailed for 2595 and it now retails for 2795. Still has warrantee and is transferable. Asking 1600 obo.

I can not find my cable for my digital camera but when i do I will post pics.

Chris

if you could afford the watch when you bought it and you liked it enough to buy it i suggest you keep it. Soon enough you'll stop worrying about it and you'll be glad you have a nice watch. The Seamaster is made to be worn.

Yea, I do like it a lot, but it looks too bling for me - maybe I purchase on impluse, too! I am more practical. I am digging the leather band look and if I had to get a nice watch again it would be an IWC.

How? Are you a reseller? The best prices I've seen are from Atlantic, can you beat that? I usually have a local dealer (Leo Hamel) match those.

Leo Hamel are nice people I bought an IWC from them years back...Atlantic is still retail, maybe Steve is like me I used to be in the wholesale end of the business, so I buy very close to dealer cost. However due to recent price increases on all watches due to the Euro discounts are not what they used to be...old days Audemars, Patek etc 40-45% off now maybe 30-35%...

you just have to know the right places to look. i'm not in the business myself but i do have some good connections. I always buy cheaper than Atlantic.
