Hmm thats strange how does Ferrarichat.com exists then. Wouldnt that not be allowed "Ferrari" used for a Ferrari forum. ?

How or why?

I'll give you a few possible reasons:

1) They have permission/license
2) implied permission (either "acquiescence" or "laches") b/c of their failure to object within a certain period of time
3) Ferrari doesn't enforce its mark as diligently as Porsche and other car makers
4) Germans companies tend to be more litigious than Italian companies
5) Ferrari doesn't care about fan sites so long as they're not run for any profit

Take your pick.
